What Is a Safe Link Velocity for Article Marketing Robot?

I've gotten XFactor's new book, and he recommends Article Marketing Robot. However, he also says that if we are not careful of our link velocity, our sites could be deindexed and our adsense account could be banned.

He doesn't provide any specifics as to what sort of velocity is safe. I e-mailed him, but he hasn't responded.

Does anyone have any sense of what kind of velocity is safe on a site? I'm fairly patient with this sort of thing, so I don't mind spreading things out over months. There are two subparts for this question:

a) What is safe for the whole site?
b) What is safe for each page on the site?

Just link from the articles to your backlinks. Build a tier of 7-8 web properties linked together with SEnuke or Magic Submitter (the best two all-in-one IM tools) then fire out as many links as you want at those web properties while you combine with social bookmarking, RSS submissions, and perhaps comments links with Scrapebox, all using spin syntax links to include each of the links once.

Then you're dividing the linking over different sites so it looks more natural, and all the juiciness is passed from these to your money site, and you can do this as fast as you want. All you really need is a small amount of links to your money site from the web properties of several link wheels/pyramids/mini-nets.

Also, check out Majestic SEO which will run a free report for any site you own, it's a linking research tool, it has a respected method for calculating link value. It showed me one Squidoo lens link that is more valuable to me than hundreds of individual links to my money site because of the links to that site.

That method cannot fail if you choose the right keywords and use them as anchor text for everything.
