pingomatic and rssfeeds

when u go to pingomatic u can submit ur rss feed url too, but i use wordpress and i got these where i can choose from.. the first is only the title i think while rss2 is the whole article, and i submited that url.. is that ok or should i submit another?

?feed=rss2
/?feed=rdf
/?feed=atom

uhm..
well i don't know what i have to put in the rss feed form
do i need to put mysite.com /?rss2 or rss or another thing? or doesn't it matter
but i guess it does as rss and rss2 dont give the same output

Go to your site and you should see the RSS icon in the address bar (the square orange chicklet). Click on the icon and it will take you to the RSS URL. That is the address you need.

i don't have one XD its a wordpress blog hosted by wordpress.com, but in there tutorial they say u can access it by adding the aforementioned tags, but rss is just a short snippet of the article and rss2 is the full article, but which one should i take? the rss feed with a snippet or rss feed with the whole article
