Arrow How would search engines treat such a site?

If there's a site/blog which does not have many pages, rather very little as much 4-5 and has over 1000 backlinks. What treatment will such a site receive from the search engines.
Suppose its a site on "Learning French", will it show in the results for that keyword.

Default Re: How would search engines treat such a site?

I have several websites that only have 4 pages but they're incredibly relevant to the topic. As long as your site is optimized correctly, and super relevant to the keyword you're trying to rank for you're golden. Google ranks PAGES not full domains. Make sure that your keyword that you're trying to rank for is in the title tag, the file name of the page, the title AND the description.
