Absolutely agree with that one. I remember when I first heard the phrase "The pen is mightier than the sword," and how it resonated with me. The right words can be very powerful, just as the wrong words can be ineffective.

Just curious, are the percentages you used to illustrate the increased CTRs based on your own experience?
