Default Adsense Support Forum Incompetencies and Adsense Double Standard

I posted a question on adsense support forum regarding my site about "walmart gift card" (my sig) asking them if adsense is allowed on sites that have keywords "free gift cards, free stuffs, and the like) and some Level 12 answered me that I should stay away from this because these offers are scam. I asked him why there are adsense on tons of "free gift cards" articles at ezinearticles.com and he told me that he'll check and report if there is any policy violation.

I asked him again if he has any solid evidence that these offers are scam but he got angry and told me just not to put adsense on my site. I told him my site is not directly promoting these products but rather having articles about these products... It seems he is not too knowledgeable when it comes to policies....

I go ahead and put adsens on my site as I didn't see any violation (my sig).. what do you think?

I laughed when he toild me he will report EZA if there is any violation.. Does adsense has double standard with Premium acocunts like EZA and normal accounts?

Yes. If you have a site that carries as much weight as EZA,
then you to can get away with stuff.

The walmart gift card may not be a scam, but it is blatantly
misleading. Having to complete 13 offers like these:

Roadloans - Requires obtaining a car loan.

ADT Home Security - Requires installing and activating a new home security system.

4Seasonswineclub - The introductory price is $119.95 plus $16.95 S&H for 12 bottles of wine

Cheaptrips.com - Annual membership subscription costs $49.95 plus $9.95 S&H.

Orchard Bank - Requires applying and being approved for and using the card.

Cosmetique - Membership costs $19.95 per month plus S&H unless or until cancelled.

etc.

Since it is misleading, and you have a direct link, that is probably what would
violate the terms of adsense.

EZA having an article on free walmart gift cards would not allow a direct affiliate
link.

Not to mention that your site would be seen as Made for Adverts and doesn't even talk about the name you gave the site. The trademark in the domain probably isn't a good idea either.

Congrats, Adie! $160, not a bad price indeed for that site.
