How long do your mini-site take to reach the first page of Google?

I'd like to ask fellow marketers how long, on average, it takes for your mini-sites in low competition niches (SEOC < 30,000) to reach the frontpage of Google.

It depends, of course. But you can still make an average, approximative, estimate.

It depends on how competitive the search phrase.

For some sites I can do it in a couple hours. Other times a few weeks. Rarely, never.

To reach the first page, I'm usually between 2 weeks and 2 months, depending on how well-optimized the competition is for the term. I'm normally working with exact match domains, which helps quite a bit.

Also, I tend to launch a bunch of sites at once though, track them out of the gate, and then focus my attention on the ones that start ranking quickly.

Eventually, I get around to the others, but I like to grab the "low hanging fruit" first.

Almost always within 72 hours with PPC and backlinks. I've already got sites in place to do all the heavy lifting.

That's very impressive. Don't get me wrong, I managed to make $10,000 in January from affiliate marketing, so I'm not a newbie. It's just that lately I have had trouble ranking with a few of new niches. I hit 2nd page after a few weeks, but the first page rarely comes.

I'm using a link wheel service, combined with Unique Article Wizard for my backlinking. Do you have any suggestions on how to improve this?

I am still working on one of mine but it took 2 weeks to get to position 16 (page 2) so hoping for page 1 soon

You could consider using Article Marketing Robot in addition to UAW, since it offers a different selection of article sites. Are you doing any social bookmarking of your UAW articles? That can help. I also like to run Drip Feed Blasts at all of my articles.

Most of my niche sites have taken just a few days, sometimes even hours with free methods, but the real trick is keeping them there.

Use BMR - the link juice from Build My Rank is way more powerful than UAW's.

Thats not a guess, I have used both extensively. BMR has given me more than 100 page 1 rankings for separate keywords, many very competitive. Used in conjunction with Social Monkee and High PR blog posts, my sites blow past those with links from UAW, Linkvana, SEO Linkvine, etc

To answer the general question....it depends. All of my sites are now built to rank for multiple keywords, and it generally takes between 2-6 weeks to make it to the 1st page of Google for several of them.

Impressive answers.

I build my serious online business (no affiliate, no IM) and I'm bit overwhelmed by all SEO linkbuilding services available for me.

Which serious SEO service should I choose to reach/keep page1 with my 4-5 keywords that have around 80k exact match phrase competition ?

I did some decent linkbuilding foundation already on my own and moved my site into 50-70 position from 500 position.

My monthly SEO budget at the moment is 47$.
