Default Will UAW & AMA still be good in the future?

You probably hear about Google is changing its algorithm to disregard the content farm sites. So I refer links in sites that have too much of duplicated content will not have as much weight like before.

My question is, will UAW and AMA still be a good way to build backlinks through article submission in the future?

Both of them manage the network of blogs and article sites that willing to accept content written by a user, and we all know this content is not 100% unique.

So, when Google changes the algorithm, do our links in resource boxes still help or is it a waste of time & money (you have to spend $137 for both services, not a cheap invest each month!)

What do you think?

Good question. Something I'm working on right now.
What I'm doing is submitting to the top five directories and using web 2.0 properties to keep the articles alive.

Basing what you do on google can be dangerous if not unprofitable.
Article marketing isn't going any where, anytime soon. I'm doing my personal best first, before I use tools to leverage my content.

Remember google is based on relevancy keep that in mind and you will be find no matter how many times they change.

Hope that helps, Peace.

If I agreed with you we'd both be wrong - Steven Tyler

I try to move away from as much automated stuff as possible. To proof my business for the future, I try to put more effort in to quality content to attract natural backlinks.

Another very effective method is guest posting. Links doesn't get better than that.

The likes if UAW works now but as for the future no one can tell. Its an ever changing landscape and one has to be constantly adapting to play the SERP game

I think it's just a case of using it until it stops working. No-one knows what the future holds, so not too much point stressing about it. But it's definitely something to keep in mind.
