You should have at least 25 pages of good content without ANY advertising before your site is indexed for the first time. Indexing before adding content is like any first impression - it lasts forever. Indexing before your site is ready with content, backlinks and traffic will take longer to rank higher than 1 for a very long time - no matter what you do later.

If that worked, there wouldn't be so many indexed sites stuck on zero with no traffic even after content and backlinks are added.

mm, 15 is not a so big amount. There are websites that were mentioned before my post that can submit your site to more than 150 with ONE click.. And all of your websites are inside.. But thanks for the post.
