Hi all, I would like to know which of the Adsense rectangles are preferred by advertisers to display image ads on content network sites? Is it the 300X250 or the 336X280 ad unit? The reason I want to know is because I have opted in to have both image and text ads displayed on my website, and I will be recieving both eCPM and CPC ad revenues from Google. Please share some knowledge. |

I have tried both the ad units and have now been using 336x280 in all my ads. I use text only because they convert better for me.

Wouldn't it be a good idea for me to opt in to receive both image and text ads? After all, if I am receiving text only ads my earnings will be based on the amount of clicks the ads on my site receives, instead of the amount of impressions. Do advertisers seek to have their image ads in displayed in ad units as large as the 336X280 unit or do they only seek the 300X250 unit?
