Can anyone help me sort out this problem on my new adsense site usin

Hi Guys,

I have so many small problems with this site i really dont know where to start !

First off this is the site Water Damage its a site i wrote some articles for a long time ago that i have just started to take a interest with, My friend bought the Thesis theme a while ago and i downloaded it onto my site.

I originally wrote 10 articles on high paying adsense clicks in the water damage/fire damage area and was going to try to get free traffic via commenting on blogs ect to get my clicks but i started to think about trying to build a larger adsense site on water damage and get SEO traffic as i actually quite enjoy writing and researching this topic well what i mean is i dont find it boring.

So the problems...

I want to build a large site so i want to create categories i already had ten articles which are 9 pages and a homepage but when i came to putting the pages into categories i found that i couldnt do it (can you add pages into categories ?)
so i thought id not worry about this and even though the site has 9 articles as pages i willl now start to write articles and make them `posts` and categorise them and make the original article i had on the home page sticky.

As soon as i did this the adsense skyscraper ads that ran down the side of my article disappeared from the homepage you can go to any page or post and the adsense is running down the side of the article but on the homepage where i made the article sticky the adsense is gone.

Next problem is the whole page/post/ into categories

Can anyone explain why when i come to the homepage Water Damage i can then click on the title `The complete online water damage resource guide` and get taken to the post `http://waterdamagesite.net/water-damage/water-damage/` ?

And this is this post that has the SEO title and description in google not the homepage itself if i google site:waterdamagesite.net the address `http://waterdamagesite.net` has no SEO title and just the first line of the article as the description but the address Water Damage, Advice From The Webs Largest Water Damage Site. has the full seo title and description.

So what do i need to do i am thinking that i need to create a new homepage and make it a `page` ??

Can anyone advice please.

Can any one advice please i`m really stuck , Would writing a new article then making it a `page` and static as a homepage ?? I just need to get the adsense ads runnning down the side of the article and i get the address `h t t p://waterdamagesite.net` in the serps with a seo title.

Please advice Anyone
