Will this help pass link juice?

I have a product niche site that I am currently building backlinks to mostly through article marketing and Web 2.0 posts. Does it do any good to start a blogger blog, through up a post, wait a week or so, and then put up a post with all my backlinks in it? Will this do any boosting?

It's crappy links but it's still links so they might bring you some benefit. To get a long lasting effect I would go for PAD and guest blogging though. That is, if you're site is not "spammy".
