What are your methods for finding GOOD overall Adsense topics?

Am curious what you Adsense "gurus" are doing to find good "overall" Adsense topics to build MFA sites around. Not keywords specifically, but the overall topic to begin with. Any good methods out there?

Brad,

The best way to find high paying Adsense niche ideas is to brainstorm the markets that will pay a lot for leads - I know it sounds obvious but a lot of people don't do this. A lot of these just come off the top of my head but when looking for fresh ideas I head over to OfferVault and look at the different CPA offers available. The search ticker does a lot of the work for you - what is everyone else looking for?

Another good source are traditional advertising mediums. Newspapers, magazines, Yellow Pages etc give a good indication of services (and some products) that are willing to pay top dollar to get a lead. (High cost online directories are great too).

I have also been keeping a keen eye on some daily coupon sites I'm registered on. These advertisers are willing to take a loss to get customers into their sales funnel. They often pay a lot for online advertising too.

Browse through different Amazon categories and jot down ideas, specific or broad. I also just ask all my female friends to give me ideas for what they would search for in Google when they're in the mood to shop online.

Anything in life that is expensive, chances are it pays good per click with Adsense.
