Default PPC Site Violation

Hey guys,

I'm pretty new to PPC and have set up my first campaign. I was wondering is anyone can see why I have failed on the google for "Disapproval reasons:
Site Policy "

The landing page is xww.cityville-guide.net/secrets-review"

Thanks for any help

For one thing you don't have a "privacy policy" or a "terms and conditions"(disclaimer) page link on your site.

You are pretty much just a "Bridge Page"

What would you guys recommend to fix it. I've been told the Cityville trademark might also be an issue?

Affiliate marketing is difficult with Adwords now, I personally wouldn't even bother.

If you built a site with good information on that or any niche, that is useful, than put up PPC ads and then added affiliate links later, that could work.

The focus needs to be on good unique content first, affiliate sales later, otherwise Google gets bitchy.

They basically don't want 5 PPC ads all promoting the same product as it's just duplication.
