Is it possible to automatically send content to my web 2.0 sites with rss?

I want to make a post on the blog for one of my sites, then I want all my other web 2.0 sites to update with that same content (squidoo, other blogs, etc...). How do I make this work. I thought I could use feedburner somehow but I just can't figure it out. There's got to be a way. Any help please.
