eCPM Ad Units

Hi all,

I ask this question before, but no one answered. Someone please tell me which of the two Adsense ad units, the 300X250 medium and 336X280 large rectangle, is most preferred by advertisers for eCPM advertising purposes. I read that advertisers had a preferrence for one of these ad units for placement targeted campaigns. This time, someone please explain...

Top Performing ads :
336x280 Large Rectangle
160x600 Wide Skyscraper
300x250 Medium Rectangle
160x90 Link Unit (4 Links Per Unit)

My question is which ad unit would provide me with a high eCPM, such as $1500 or so? I have seen people with $1500 eCPM, and I wonder which ad unit would provide me with a high eCPM as well as a high CTR and is most often selected by advertisers for site targeted campaigns. I'm essentially looking for a the best combination of the two things mentioned above (high eCPM and CTR) in a single unit.
