Where do I enter $100 Google Adwords coupon code?

I received a $100 Google Adwords coupon in the mail from Host Gator.

I opened a new account and started a campaign.

Does anyone have any idea where to enter the code?

In the billing section there are 3 tabs.

1. Billing Summary

2. Forms of Payment

3. Billing Profile

None of these have anywhere that I can enter any kind of code.

in the billing part of the site once you put your CC info there is a coupon box and that where you put the code
