Best RSS Feed Plugins, Implementation

What's the best plugin or approach to integrating RSS feeds into the pages of a wordpress site?

I've tried a couple of plugins so far (e.g., FeedWordPress, Simple RSS Feeds) but haven't found one that lets me create an unlimited number of feeds that can be placed at will in different pages. Ideally, I'd like something that works like an RSS version of Fast Secure Contact Form or Quizzin that can be highly customized to target very specific content. I'm considering purchasing the NewzCrawler windows application (or open to buying another premium plugin) if it will allow me to create and integrate custom RSS feeds into my Wordpress web site and ideally, filter by keywords in rss feed article titles and, even better, body text? Is there a better way to do this through a link to custom feeds that could be created through a personal web-based feed aggregator?

For example, I want to be able to embed this RSS feed anywhere in a page on the site under a title like Latest Food News from Paris and combine this with separate feeds on the same page under separate headings like Latest Food News from New York, etc.

I would really appreciate any and as much information as anyone can provide with understanding how to make this work. Thanks very much for your help!
