Very Basic Question about Keywords and Little Niche Site...

I have researched a list of 40 keywords to build a small niche blog. In my strategy, I plan to have static pages with original content and an Autoblog.

My question is: What should I do with all those KWs?

I use All-In-One SEO and have placed these Keywords such as "Home KWs. "

1 - Should I use each keyword to build a static page? Some are quite similar, only vary in one word.

2 - Does anyone use WP-O-Matic? Does every KW should be a different campaign? Should I look for a different feed for each KW? Because many KW are similar, I get many duplicate posts, which is not good....

My plan is to monetize my blog with Adsense and Amazon.

I think you need to narrow the list down a bit, choosing some words that aren't as competitive but still grab quite a bit of traffic. 40 words seems like too many to handle, to me.
