Default Sneaky Redirect Will it Hurt ???

Can I do a 3 second redirect from my WELL RANKED SITE in the stock market nitche, to a "sales letter" style page to increase my opt-ins without pissing off Google?

Any ideas on how I can do this?

Thanls

google:

A META tag that specifies http-equiv="refresh" is handled as a 302 redirect.
Which means, temporary redirect.

If it does it with a zero delay, it's debatable whether google thinks it's
a 301. That's because the refresh with 0 can be abused. Theoretically,
it should appear to search engines as having moved, either way.

Better to use a real 301/302 redirect, or just add a link saying, this page
has moved please click here.
