I have spend a lot of money on article writing for the projects for which i am doing SEO.
Now i was just thinking that whether i can use those articles again or edit them and resubmit it and do bookmarking.
I mean is there any benefit of editing the article, change the links and resubmit it?
How can i use my previous articles?
I want to utilize that content again because i have spend my money and i am thinking of gaining the seo benefit again through those articles....

You can rewrite those articles. Rewrite them so that they are at least 50% different from the original. The more different, the better. One trick to make the rewrites really different from the original is to rearrange the ideas, paragraphs and sentences, aside from rewriting the sentences. Also substitute as many words as you can with synonyms that have the same connotations.
