Rss Question! A little confused.

Hi Guys

I am slowly mastering Different aspects of Seo through massive studying and testing.

I have now gotten started on RSS and want to know How I can add backlinks to my backlinks.


I would like you guys to come with corrections or direct me to a great source on Rss Feeds.

Here is what I do now:

1. I take the Urls of all my backlinks and make them into an rss feed on HTML to RSS Feed Creator and Aggregator, easily create rss feeds by Peter Drew


2. Then I take this RSS feed and add it to Rss Directories using Rss Bot.

3. I also Ping this Rss Feed and Add it to Feedburner.


Am I on the right path or not?

Looks like you're doing the RSS right.

As for me, I don't even ping my RSS because I think it's overkill.

Personally, I don't see any big changes or SEO rankings because of these RSS "backlinks". It may just be me.

Note: I usually RSS the article directory articles.

Those were truly good times! Well since then I left Adsense behind and built an Affiliate Empire, still working crazy hours like back then lol

Try bookmark your RSS Feeds to the top 10 bookmarking site, yah I agree pinging your RSS Feed is an over kill.

It's really too bad you got deindexed. I'm still on the micro niche sites, running on auto pilot income. Doing 100% article marketing (over 10 article directories) can be really slow in terms of getting a keyword to rank top spot (#1-#3).

I'm doing a lot of review articles lately. Don't own my own domains, but I just post them to ArticlesBase. Just getting my feet wet on affiliate marketing. Made a $59 sale so far lol.

Seriously, when I see your username undercovercash, I immediately think about the 20 - 40 articles you could churn out in a day. What an amazing work ethic there man. Wondered about how you grew all those muscles with the lack of sleep too?!

Guys like you and XFactor really spell out one big thing: MILITARY HARD WORK LONG HOURS NOW OR DIE! At least that's the impression you guys have left on me.

The funny thing is that I didnt even get deindexed, my sites are all ranking to this day-They just chose to ban my account.

For the same reason I would advise you to diversify your income some where down the line, but it sounds like you are already starting to do that.

I use FeedBite to mash up my feeds (its free). Feed shark will ping your blog and feed at the same time.
