Default How to put keyword in title, H1 tag and description

When I use Traffic Travis, an important bit of data is if the keyword I am researching shows up in competitors' title, H1, and description. I think I know how to do that myself in the General Settings of my blog, and the All In One SEO Pack. How do I do that for an individual article? In other words, I want my own keywords to get those 3 items green checked.

To my knowledge H1 would have to be hard coded into the individual page.
<H1>Keyword Phrase</H1>

Title & Description should have places within 1 SEO Pack where you can add this information for that individual page.

i dont understand what you asking for. when you writing for posts or page there a seo option available below the post for title , description and meta tag. if you feel all that three field then trafic travis will show yes for that three options.

i was using all in one seo pack before but now i moved to platinum seo

If you are using wordpress, you should be able to click on the show/hide kitchen sink and then highlight your keyword and click on the heading 1 choice inside. It's usually in the top row on the right.

Or you can do the code manually by going into the html mode and using (this would be the hard coding) <h1>keyword</h1>

hope that helps
