Articles directories that accept articles already submited in Ezines

I am confused. In many forum, people say we cannot submit articles to other directories. So why is there some software to sell that submit to multi directories?

I mostly used Ezines. Are there some directories, which accept articles already submitted in ezines?
Is it a good or bad thing concerning SEO or Traffic? What are your view and experiences? Thanks.

I don't know why people say you can't submit the same article to different article sites. As long as you are the author of the article you can post the same article to MOST directories. I do it with:

GoArticles
ArticlesBase

...erm, and a bunch of others. Even EZA allows non-unique articles, as long as you are the author, though that is pretty hard to prove/disprove. I even post them under different names sometimes, the only thing that tells them I am the same author is because of the same bio box.

The only major directory I know of that insists on unique articles is Buzzle.

Now we can discuss the actual VALUE of posting the same article multiple times, but (almost) no-one is preventing you...

You can post as many articles as you want in different article submission sites.

Is the article losing value or is it better because they’re more inbounds?

Yes you can put articles in other directories but I find it best to put it in another directory after I have put in Ezine or the same time. Have tried article spinners though so dont know how they work.
I use only articlebase as well at the moment.
