How do I create an RSS of just backlinks?

Question says it all. Ive heard of people creating an RSS feed of just backlinks. How do you go about doing that?

www.Hostmyrss.com and http://rss.icerocket.com are the places where you can do this.

Just place the urls where your backlinks are and follow instructions

I have heard that Links 2 RSS - Convert a list of URLs to RSS feeds deletes feeds after some time but I don't know if it's true

I have tried some of the rss tools you guys mentioned above,but didn't slove my problem
my problem is now my site can't generate rss itself,is there any method to get rss?
