The issues of xrumer and drip feed blasts are still not resolved can you help!?

Hi, for the last 20mins I have been around WF, looking for threads and information on how best to use, what are the pros vs cons and any other information concerning xrumer and drip feed blasts. I currently have xrumer but think I am using it ineffectively and do not know what effects, if any good or bad it is having on my site.

As for DFB, I am thinking of getting this software but do I need it if I have xrumer? What is the difference? Is it good? Do I need to ping/somehow index the links once they have been made. Is DFB any good?

Drip Feed Blasts is simply a service provider that uses Xrumer. You don't buy DFB software.

If you are using Xrumer then you do not need DFB, though, they do now offer Pligg and Directory links as well as profiles.

However, the backbone of services like theirs (and mine) are the mass profile runs, and like I said, if you have another means of getting those (in your case Xrumer) then there is little point in paying for that service, unless you really dont have time to run the projects yourself.

The advantage of these services is that once setup its hands free, wheras running Xr yourself takes time and effort... that is why these services are popular as time is money!

As for indexing, you would want to use a crawl service and / or the login tools provided which help with indexing... its all according to what you want to achieve really.

One more thing, if you want to do it all yourself with software, Xr will support Pligg soon, Bookmarking Demon does pligg, sick submitter will do almost anything, including Pligg and Directories (if you buy packets from the members forum).

I guess you have to decide whether you want to spend time and money cranking the levers yourself, or start outsourcing more of it.... all depends where your focus is really.
