I heard from an expert coder that the December issue of SEO News said that google was onto web masters who in the past have used SEO news feeds on their site for updating content. Google is now aware of these sites which have had updating content via RSS feeds on them. These sites will no longer benefit in an SEO way from this updating content via RSS feeds. Anyone here know of any other automated way to have updating content on your sites without hiring someone to put it on there or without doing it yourself? If you have a lot of sites it can be almost impossible to keep up with the requirement of updating content to keep your site near the top of the search engine results. To hire people for many sites is also very expensive. The King |

I found the expert...not the source article. Maybe his blog was victim to that RSS issue as there were no posts on it. |

I checked his site and apparently it is down for maintenance. It should be back up soon. Eric Gillette has really helped steer me in the right direction in some areas and he really knows what he is doing. The King | |
