Domain parking

Hello, I got a domain name that I bought through blogspot , I think the domain is on enom platform. And now I want that domain to park on my host I' using 000webhost .
I got these instructions on my host:
Domains must be registered with a valid registrar before they can be parked. In addition, they will not be functional unless they are configured to point to our DNS servers - ns01.000webhost.com, ns02.000webhost.com

I found the DNS panel and it looks like this:
I can't post image or url's yet. So please paste this in your browser img17.imageshack.us/img17/2899/dnsfz.jpg

So now I should enter the addresses that my host provided. Where should i enter them in the DNS information or Host records? If to host record then what record type I should use and dose the host name does anything? Also should I leave those google addresses?
