Default Automated Video Submitters - A Waste of Time?

I've tried a variety of automated video submitters with very limited degrees of success?

Has anybody acheived any real success with these tools?

It really comes down to what tools your using, what they're doing and if the software is working properly, the video market is very much all about Youtube, so if it doesn't support Youtube, it's a waste of time.

To be honest, you barely see any results with other video sharing websites, such as MetaCafe, but there isn't any harm in submitting your video to other websites as well.

Although Youtube will always be the main source of traffic, but video marketing has a lot to do with the niche your in and what sort of related videos you can create to your niche.

Try Pixelpipe.com - it's free and works surprisingly well. It will quickly get your video out to all the most popular video sites: youtube, vimeo, meta cafe etc.

I don't see a point for mass video submission, however, if you are trying to have good SEO rankings with video itself, a good experience is to submit one video to youtube and one in alternative network, as usually Google shows 2 videos in video tab for search results, so, if both of these video will be yours, you will get more visitors.

Plus, by submitting video to two different networks, you will avoid duplicate videos problem in youtube, as they don't like same videos with different titles or very similar videos with same titles
