I have been looking at my site today to try and optimise it for seo doing a few bits myself and trying to be more laser targeted with my approach rather than too broad.

I've been gearing it towards belly fat and think that i maybe need to change this url however many of my autoresponders and other links around the web link to it so i was wondering about the best way to sort this out.

Is there are WP plugin for this at all?

ALso, i'd be interested in anyone who could have a look into what i've got already as i may be interested in outsourcing a little bit of seo to begin with to see what kind of results it can pull it.

I'd really apprechiate your help.
