I have a 4-year old static website that is doing pretty well. However, I find updating the website a troublesome chore because I will need to use Dreamweaver to make a new page then edit the existing page to place a link. I wonder whether I could install a WP at a subfolder : http://mydomain.com/blog/ Then from now onwards, I can post all articles to the WP blog without making any updates to the static website. Do you think it is advisable to do so? Thanks! Rick |

Hi Rick, That is exactly what I would do. It will make it easy to post new articles and won't interfere with your current rankings. Just add a navigation link to your home page and be sure to do interlinking of pages where it makes since to do so. |
