What's the code for blog name linking?

What I am on about is.. I have noticed that some blog posters names are linking back to seperate websites. Where as other posters have no link at all or a default link to a profile from that site. I am looking to do the same as the first one I mentioned.

Also, I have been leaving a few comments which are on subject and not blatant or spammy in anyway but these comments have not been put up. I tried a few with websiteaddress.com in the 'website:' and one with ablog/thisone/what-this-one-yes-this-one/ and neither seemed to be in favour. I saw other people saying nonsense or two word comments and they got up there.. what am I missing?
