Is the Google Adwords support team any good?

I called Google support and the guy offered to have his team assist me in my campaign. What are your guys experience with google support? Are they any good, or will they mess up my campaign?

Google adwords support department is very new. My interaction with them so far is that they always recommend strategies that favor Google.
