Impressions for IP Address

Hi all,

How do I prevent Google from recording Adsense impressions for my own IP address? I am sick and tired of seeing impressions that have been generated by me, when I make a change to my website, and I have to view how it looks in the browser, or whenever I have to look at the types of ads Google is serving on the article pages of my site, so I would like to know how do I prevent Google from recording impressions for my own IP address? Please explain a strategy that works really will.
