Is anyone else having Google Ranking Reports issues with Market Samurai?

Hi all

I've noticed that most of my ranking reports for google ranking have gone blank over last 2 days. I wondered if its just that my sites are not in Google anymore or whether anyone else has experienced this with Market Samurai?

Hi Bob,

In the last 48 hours the number of requests on our proxy server has dramatically increased, causing service disruptions for our users.

We are currently investigating the cause of the increased server load.

At present we have the proxy network stabilized, however we may still have intermittent problems.

To stay up to date on the server issue, you can check our blog (which I unfortunately can't link to but you can get it from our main site).

In the meantime, when this problem occurs you could try switching off inbuilt proxies via file->settings->proxies.

yes - I'm having the exact same problem, as well as similar (and equally frustrating) problems with Micro Niche Finder. :-(

The problem is still there this morning despite using the new server authentication upgrade.

Just downloaded latest update but still having problems, backlinks on my sites have gone from 98 to 2 and when you click on the backlink checker arrow nothing happens.

Give them some days to fix it, they are updating their systems.

Market Samurai team ALWAYS provided top support and constant updates to their software through the years, so give them a break for some days till they get this one sorted for good.

They deserve it.

I've been having problems too.

MS is a great tool - when it's working. Too many problems lately. I hope it gets sorted soon - there isn't really any better alternative that I can see.

Upgraded again today - still not working as it should.
