How to invite for Link exchange?

I know that Link exchange is the best practice in SEO. But, how can I invite or what I have to do for link exchange? Is there any format to invite others?

there are many forum and which have link exchange category .so you can thread here and ask for your link exchange .

Contact them through their e-mail. Go for 3 way linking, it is much better than 2 way lnking.

Hi,

when looking for people to do link exchanges with, its best to think about your target group.

Its no point sending out emails to "Mom & Pop" business website owners, most of the time they don't even know how to edit their own website, so no chance of getting an exchange happening here.

Target those that are already doing it. At least you chances of success will have improved considerbaly.

such nonsense?

I get link "exchange" offers all the time. But they must be attached to money
going into my paypal...
