Not necessarily it's band. You may have some other issue like url redirection or server temporarily down.

first try to search manually if it happens then the software is having problem diagnosing your website.

Screen cap says your 'search has been temporarly blocked' by google - not your site. How many queries have you been doing lately? If you overuse Google then Google will block your IP for a few hours. You may want to look into an API key. |

Automated queries to Google is against their TOS so they will temporarily ban your IP if it is detected. Try using manual search and you will probably get a CAPCHA. Just wait a while or change your IP address if you can or use a proxy. Also slow down your query rate. |

Dont worry it probably isnt banned. type in Google site:www.yourwebsite.com replace yourwebsite.com with your site and if it appears in Google its not banned. Even if it doesnt appear sites get taken out of Googles indexed temporarily and then put back in when they're new, it can happen a few times. |

it's your ip address that has been blocked, get some proxies or use some free proxies to bypass that block that google have placed on you.
