Do you find that creatign RSS feeds has helped you with your SEO efforts or only indexes your pages quicker ?

I would say yes they have helped my pages/sites. Creating more backlinks and updating as posting...

I never use RSS-feeds for anything. The only function it fills for me is if someone wants RSS-updates from any of my sites. I never use it for backlink purposes though. |

I wasted my time with RSS. Even for indexing backlinks there are better options such as getting a link from a high PR webpage to where the link sits.
