I am thinking to launch my own WSO packet. I need some guidance and tips from you guys.

I have list of website and offer.
I contact to two companies for getting payment gateway.
I don't have any website where I can offer this service. May I can use Blog spot/wordpress or any other web 2.0 (Blog site) for this?
Should I need to offer my product in PDF or can use excel or any other file format?
How much ebook shape will effective as compare to excell format?

any other tips suggestions will be more helpful for me.
