Alexa Traffic tool bar: Do you use it? Does it work?

How accurate is this Alexa tool bar I just downloaded? It seems like a pretty niffty tool, but does it actually work? Is it accurate?

Heres some stats for Warrior forum:

Alexa traffic rank: 368
Alexa traffic rank in US: 165
warrior forum is the top query (6.89 percent)
2943 sites linking into

just surf with alexa everyday if you want to increase your alexa rank.

i have installed it on my two browser , firefox and chrome . you will notice remarkable improvement in your alexa rank with only your own visits...................lolz.

I used Alexa traffic at Google chrome browser. I saw the Alexa traffic it`s work but sometime information from extensions Alexa traffic and widget Alexa does`t work when I publish a new post in my blog. It`s all take a time to get same traffic.
