i have a site which is on 8 page in google.co.in on a particular keyword but on the same keyword it is not in google.com everywhere ?

what is it how to get same ranking in google.com

is there any way to get rank on both google.com and google.co.in together

Local ranking and global ranking depends so many factor like---

1 - your domain name TLD
2 - your Links (have u local site links or global site back links)
3 - Linking domain to local directories or global directories...
4 - have you give a city name or local name in your title?
