Adwords: Can I re-activate deleted ads?

Hello folks,

I deleted ALL my ads by mistake. Is there a chance to reactivate the ads again or do I have to set up every ad again and wait until they get reviewed and (hopefully ) approved?

Help! I tried to recover the ads with the adwords editor tool. didnt work. Should I contact the adwords support team and tell them what went wrong so that they (maybe) aktivate my ads again? Thanks for for help in advance.
