Question about Local Monthly Searches and Avg. CPC

Hello, I would like to know some clear information about Local Monthly Searches and Avg. CPC. For example, I want to rank keyword1. So I enter this keyword to Google keyword tool, choose exact match type, and I see that keyword has about 14,000 local monthly searches, Avg. CPC is $1.85. But these local searches are from India. This keyword is English words phrase. It is strange that this English keyword has a lot more searches in India than US. So my questions:
1. Is it everything fine with local monthly searches and Avg. CPC?
2. Will I get this Avg. CPC although most of visitors are from India?
Sorry for my poor English, it's really hard to explain what I am thinking. If you didn't understood, ask me, I'll try to explain more

It doesn't make sense that your Local searches are from India unless you add india as you country - change it to US is my suggestion

You must have selected India as your country of search. You should change it to US and it will then give you the search result for the US.

I know this... But I wanna know about local searches from India and Avg. Cpc. How can I check this? Because I think I won't get same Avg. Cpc for US and India visitors...
