I was banned from Adsense a while ago as I was using page generator software to build sites. As my Adsense account was banned, google also took ads out of all of the rest of my sites, even 2 of my quality authority sites. The 2 authority sites are now getting 1000+ visitors per day in the mortgage and insurance niches after being ignored by me for several years. If I sell the sites, can a new owner successfully place there own adsense codes on those two authority sites without getting into trouble with Google Adsense? |

You should do lead gen, you'll make a lot more doing that than using Adsense.

Yes you can. I've done it before. The new owner has to e-mail them explaining that he is the new owner and he'll comply with the terms etc. Just make sure you fix whatever got you banned from AdSense in the first place BEFORE you sell the website.

yes it is possible but you would not be able to get adsense account again. New owner have to apply again and should have to follow TOS . if you have a decent traffic then you can also sell your own ad space and earn more money then before. |

The new owner of the sites will have their own adsense account. Why do I need a transaction ID or details of the site? Thanks EV | |

So I just reread this and realized that you are not talking about a domain ban, but an account ban. Sometimes AdSense bans domains so that you can't use AdSense on those domains again. If it were just an account ban you got, your buyer will be fine just using his own AdSense account with the sites.
