pinging question

i built many angela and paul links over the past few months..

now i checked google webmaster tools and i realized that there are only 110 sites linking to my website. i never pinged any of the pages and now i am wondering if that was my mistake? i built around 70 backlinks per day.

I don't think so, it probably is because google has not index all the urls that you submit
so try to be patient

It could take a while, but there is a service called linkalicious that you might check it out, and sean donahoe has got a free script that will ping any website through pingomatic with the click of a button, here is the site Manic Marketer

Of course that means having the links to the forum profiles you made.

Can I ask you a question? How many pages of a site I may ping at one day? If I publish several articles or make several new categories, may I pin all of them at the same time?

To save some time and avoid having to ping each individual page, here is a mass ping tool i just discovered that might help-- Ping Device

Nothing wrong with pinging in my opinion, though you dont want ping all at once. If its your site, and if you use wordpress, there are free plugins that will ping everytime you post.
