Default Am I tracking PPC traffic all the way through?

Hi,

I run a PPC campaign on Adwords. That traffic is then sent to a squeeze page for my newsletter. The newsletter mailouts are also tagged with Google Analytics URL campaign parameters.

Google Analytics shows information on which campaign was responsible for ecommerce transactions.

If one of those Adwords -> Mailing list -> Purchase customers signs up, does Google Analytics say they came from the Adwords campaign, or the Mailing list campaign?

If Adwords is not displayed as the source, do I have to rely on Adwords conversion reports to figure out whether its traffic in the end results in a purchase, even if the mailing list was thrown into the mix?

Regards,
Eoin
