Is FreeTrafficSystem safe after the new Google Algo implemented?

I am not an expert in SEO

So I am seeking advise from all expert WF members.

I was just wondering whether posting articles to FreeTrafficSystem(to 30 Blogs) and creating backlinks still safe as they generate spun or duplicate content on different blogs.
Is it also safe to add our blogs to FTS as they keep posting content to our blogs?
And above all is it really beneficial in an SEO perspective to add our blogs to FTS?

Please bear with me if I am asking something stupid...

I would not waste my time with FTS.

I already tested this service and it failed badly.

I could not find one single thread of evidence that I received any back links from the supposedly more than one hundred they said I should have received.

I also could not get the owner of FTS to show me one single URL where my back links were posted. All he could give me were lame excuses.

All you have to do is Google FTS and read the reviews on the first page. There is one review on there that offers the same results I had.

As far as I'm concerned, FTS is a sham and a waste of time.

If you see people promoting FTS, they are only trying to make money from the affiliate program, or they own the company.
