Real Estate Niche pay per click question

hey,

I have a product in the real estate niche. I am new and testing sales copy for my product but to get any decent traffic with google to test my copy with is costing me about a dollar a click

are there any cheaper ppc places that I can use to test with so I don't go broke while trying to get my conversion rates up?
