WTF??? LD2: 1,161,681,986??

I'm in the process of constructing a new website.

Had a 8 backlinks yesterday. Just checked a few minutes ago and under LD2 I now have: LD2: 1,161,681,986

Some please tell me what the heck is going on here?

This is a brand new site and someone and blasted it with the above amount of backlinks...

I think I should inform google, what do you think?

what is "co.uk" <--- that's not your URL, but thats what you used...uhm..

"co.uk" That's what comes up there when I click on the number from my site.

Don't know people. I've checked another 4 sites. Not my sites, just some random sites. I'm using seo quake to check and I'm getting the exact same number for each site?

Hi

It seems that the site explorer is showing you the amount of backlinks to entire "co.uk" top level domain.
Basically like asking how many links are there pointing to all ".coms" and not just "whateveryoursite.com".
