User Agent Java/1.6.0_04 accessing my site 10x/minute?

Anyone have any idea what this is?

This is what Statpress is showing, which is abnormal to see in the stats. Should I be trying to block this?

No way to really tell. That is just the default useragent for the Java Virtual Machine. It would be someones custom spider so could be doing anything - it is just collecting data though.
