Microsfot Ad center VS Google Ad Center?

Hi Guys
I am new to PPC and I am doing a ppc with microsoft ad center.

Because I hear microft is cheaper than google. Is there statement right?

I don't know! Here is my case

I went to google and pick some keywords for my niche.

google gave a 4700 global search and 3000 local search, evarege PPC of 0.05 per click .

Microsoft is saying they don't have data for my key word. But they are charge me a lot.

Now i went to ad center Microsoft. and I put the key word on it .
Microsoft is asking to pay $ 1,00 per key word which on google says 0.05 .


So How can I know that's right?

I can not understand this Data .
